The color choices are fantastic. Just watch your face anatomy though. The eyes are off. The left eye is a little too high and over. Also the shading on the nose make it look crooked.
The mouth doesn't look like it wraps around the face and looks really flat.

Over all the composition is nice. Your choice of color and skin tones are perfect. I like the use of some blues on the coat that pulls everything together. You have skin tones down and that's a congratulation in itself since skin tones is one of the hardest things to mix! Excellent brush stroke application as well.
